The Challenge

Private, critical industries manage vast, distributed assets that change every day. Transmission corridors, refinery perimeters, rail yards, ports, mines, construction sites, and large real estate portfolios often discover changes too late because imagery reviews are infrequent, field surveys are slow, and data lives in separate systems.

Small yet meaningful changes such as new sheds, trenching near rights of way, fresh earthworks, or fence extensions are easy to miss. Teams struggle to prove when a change happened, who noticed, and what action was taken.

Our Mandate

In collaboration with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Ministry of Space, Govt of India, we were tasked to:

  • Turn multi-source imagery into timely, defensible insights
  • Detect small changes such as sheds, light vehicles, fence growth, or earthworks
  • Fuse optical, SAR, drone, and camera feeds into one actionable view
  • Enable human verification with complete audit trails
  • Ensure secure deployments with role-based access and regulated environments

Our Solution

We built a secure, production-ready platform that:

  • Preprocesses optical and SAR imagery (orthorectification, co-registration, cloud masking, radiometric normalization)
  • Runs change detection algorithms including temporal differencing, change vector analysis, SAR coherence, and deep learning segmentation
  • Tips and cues ground sensors using PTZ cameras or drones for local confirmation
  • Provides a browser-based interface with time sliders, geo-tagged field evidence, and one-click case creation
  • Ensures role-based access, automated redaction, and regulator-ready exports
