Developed a secure sensor fusion system with DRDO to detect and classify drones and low-signature objects using radar, RF, EO/IR, acoustics, and satellite imagery.

The Challenge

Critical private industries face an air and spectrum threat landscape where small drones, covert radio emitters, and low signature intrusions disrupt operations and safety.

Airports, refineries, power plants, ports, rail yards, logistics hubs, and large campuses often rely on single sensors that miss small, slow, or low-altitude objects, leading to delayed detection, false alarms, uncertain attribution, and weak audit trails.

Our Mandate

In collaboration with DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, we were tasked to:

  • Integrate radar, ESM, electro-optical & infrared cameras, acoustics, AIS & ADS-B feeds, telemetry, and commercial imagery
  • Detect and classify small, low radar cross-section objects (micro/mini drones)
  • Correlate weak clues from multiple sensors into one auditable operating picture
  • Guide authorized, policy-compliant responses while preserving confidentiality
  • Maintain a complete end-to-end audit trail

Our Solution

We built a secure sensor fusion platform that:

  • Applies change detection on satellite imagery and SAR data
  • Steers ground sensors based on satellite cues for local confirmation
  • Combines radar, RF, camera, acoustic, and telemetry data into unified tracks with confidence scores
  • Supports guided workflows: verification, notifications, actions, and resolution with role-based approvals
  • Enforces policy-compliant responses and redacts sensitive data for exportable reports
